The ability to sell shares does not mean that the company is required to sell shares. The FACT that the company has money in the bank means that they don't need to sell shares. In fact, the FACT that they did a private placement shows that there would have been no need to sell shares to Aspire. Past sales to Aspire don't mean that they are selling on a regular or predictable schedule. Nor does it mean that all the volume is Aspire-based.
When someone comes up spewing a bunch of assumptions that are based on nothing, they have no credibility. Trying to change the narrative that was posted earlier doesn't help your case for credibility either.
