DV, George just received $55K and is to receive $26.2K a month for the next 12 mos. It doesn't take that much money to keep the lights on. One possibility may be that he is using the money to buy parts at the pace he is able to assemble them.
George uses the shotgun approach in trying to develop his CSRV concept in all directions at once. The V12 being his latest thing. Remember, the April 19 PR announcement that over a three year period he is to deliver 40 to 50 large gen sets to SS Mexico.
It seems to me that George is ramping up in anticipation of filling orders when they come in. We'll just have to wait to see what pans out.
