Sorry it took so long to respond, First I had to get to my computer (way too much for my phone), then the keyboard 'O' button apparently was broke by my visiting nephews on my birthday sunday, and now I am re-typing this as when I attempted to post my first response I could no longer access this site for about 2.5 minutes!!! I will respond to each of your points; however I must say I feel it only needed one slanderous response. also please note in the beginning of my message I WROTE OUT I WAS STATING AN OPINION BASED ON OBSERVATIONS, figuring if it was written out people would know the difference between a claim of fact and the stating of an opinion as I was typing on my phone and knew it would be a while before I'd be near a comp to post Links and be able to type it all out for people, I apologize for that assumption as well, I seem to never learn to stop making them. I will now respond to each of the remarks in your first and original reply about my post:
Do you not read our Quarterly reports??? I assume you know we have a financing agreement with ASPIRE that requires us to SELL SHARES of our STOCK that Aspire HAS NO HOLDING TIME ON. Management can sell up to 200,000 shares A DAY; unless Aspire and management agree to sell more, than it can be up to 2,000,000! THEY ALSO GET THEM CHEAPER THAN US! (I also assume you know this because you wouldn't be calling me out otherwise, but for sake of argument and others here is how Aspire is charged for shares management sells them:
(i)
the lowest sale price for our Common Stock on the date of sale; or
(ii)
the average of the three lowest closing sale prices for our Common Stock during the 12 consecutive business days ending on the business day immediately preceding the purchase date.
The applicable Purchase Price will be determined prior to delivery of any Purchase Notice.
As for not being predictable Let me break it down for you:
From 10Q Dated 5-9-17:In the 9 months prior to 3-31-17 the company raised $5.3 million and $3.6 Million from selling shares to ASPIRE CAPITAL, leaving $16 Million worth of shares Management can force Aspire to buy via the financing agreement.
From 10Q dated 2-9-17:In the 9 months prior to 12-31-16 the company raised $2.4 and $1.5 Million from the shares they SOLD TO ASPIRE. At this point there is $19 Million left on the agreement, meaning between 12/16 ~ 3/17 $3 million in shares was sold to ASPIRE!
From 10Q dated 11-9-16:In 3 Months ending 9-30-16 they sold 1.5 Million SHARES for $1.8 Million! Also reported in this 10Q was the comparison that in 3 months ending 9-30-15 $1.5 Million was raised by selling .7 Million Shares! (I could continue but I think I have proved there IS evidence for my claim.)
As stated some of this is opinion and guess based on observations and fact; the part that CDEL is the one buying the ASPIRE shares to cover the shorting being done is an educated guess, and seems most likely as 4Kids pointed out CDEL does 42% of our volume! CDEL is the one I watch throw a wall up every day, almost at the same Price points.
I NEVER even hinted at claiming that ALL that volume is from ASPIRE and shorting. CDEL is an MM and I thought it obvious that other legit transactions would be used to hide the transactions and manipulations being used. Nice use of a FUDster tactic though, nice twist and redirect from the point I was trying to make.
It was 4kids discovery that led me to this conclusion. did you also notice the HUGE gap between CDEL and the other MM's? why do you think that is? Couldn't be the shares the company is selling to Aspire at a discount being used by CDEL to cover the Shorting being done to manipulate our share price because all those shares are imaginary, wish someone would have told me our financing agreement with ASPIRE CAPITAL was imaginary before, all that wasted DD!!
I Have been a (LONG) shareholder since before the MAKO hit piece, admittedly I am not a die hard because I did sell out with the MAKO hit piece but NOT because I believed the hit piece but because I believed that the hit piece + ROSEN would decimate the share price. I NEVER stopped following the company and bought back in just above $2. I rarely POST because if, heaven forbid, an opinion or observation is made outside the small minded views of some here that poor poster is attacked and ridiculed. They are called liars, accused of spreading FUD and discouraged from continuing to post. If not worse. This is not right, and this is not HS!

There is no evidence whatsoever for the claim that management is selling to Aspire periodically and predictably.

Nor for the claim that the massive sells and buys that we are seeing funneled through CDEL are these purported and completely unsubstantiated "sales"

-- which, by the way, would be much smaller than the huge volume that we've seen from Citadel (aka CDEL on the Level 2).

4kids discovered that 42% of the volume in our stock is from CDEL. Does anyone really think that huge volume like that comes from imaginary sales to Aspire?

This is more FUD, and a transparent effort to discredit our observations about CDEL's role in the price manipulation.
Don't be fooled.
