Yes, I received the same email.
I've been in personal verbal contact with Paul Knopick and he remains guarded with what he can share, as per the company's direction.
In my opinion, we wont be hearing any news for another 1-2 weeks
Until then, it's my belief that the convertible debenture holders are still converting their debt into equity and tapping the capital markets to monetize, locking in a 100% gain from their share issuances @ .00005
It's sad to see, but as long as there are new share holders willing to buy stock at .0001 , then the cd note holders will be selling to them.
I hope that the CD note holders back off and allow the PPS to increase a few tiers, then they can begin to hit bids. But to place such an overhang on the shares at .0001 and .0002 is simply a bad move.
