IR UPDATE RESPONCE.....
1- Is NTEK in negotiations with any additional, one or more Institutional investors now that it is moving forward with the initial Investor.
They do not give out details about ongoing negotiations.
2- If so, how much more funding and what time frame would we be looking at upon completion.
They believe funding will be completed this month that will provide all that is needed for the next two years and beyond.
3- Is NTGL seeking out Institutional investment as well and can you give me a
timeframe as to when will the shareholders will receive the shares that are owed
to them.
They have no information about NTGL at this time other than they are in the
midst of a restructuring with new management coming in to bring them to
market. They have no control over their distribution of shares and they have asked
that they distribute them to NTEK shareholders but they have not completed
what is necessary for them to distribute the shares.
