"You claim that the company has had multiple pumps. So now not only are you wrong, you are a liar. The company has never, and I repeat NEVER had a pump. First of all, they are highly unethical and secondly, they are illegal. So now it's clear that you're absolutely full of it."

Bill - why respond to me if you are going to cherry pick? What good does it do you or the company? If I am a basher as you have claimed/alluded to it does you no good.

I pointed out specifically the areas that were "pumped" and specifically alluded to the $0.01 PPS prediction. How do YOU define that? IR/Muse kept that going for months and would NEVER back up how they came up with that and instead just claimed they were passing on information. Then they mocked shareholders for buying a company riddled with debt (which you numerous times pointed out was deficit - not debt) after they spent months touting 0.01. This on top of them touting the massive reduction in shares (thru MRVB) and then mocking shareholders for expecting a lower OS/AS with all the preferreds waiting to unload. Again - what do you call that?

Several of us on the board (and in private to you) expressed specific concerns about these targets and you dismissed them as saying they were a completely separate entity. I asked about using the companh domain and being the official IR contact on PRs and you also dismissed it. THEY were representing the company and they were pumping the 0.01 PPS, lower OS/share buyback, and billion dollar EIA deals (not to mention confusing profit with revenue while tweeting about it).

I know several shareholders that increased positions based on their fervent backing of PPS target and buybacks. Are we all liars? Just because you didnt hire a boilerroom to make cold calls doesnt mean the stock wasnt pumped. There is an entire tweet history of pumps and contradictions. You dismissed them.

You told me personally as well as tweeted several times that there was NO DILUTION. I asked how that was possible when the OS kept increasing. Maybe you meant no ADDITIONAL dilution. You tweeted that the Wyoming move was cost based and to correct Nevada issues. You said it wasnt about raising AS. What happened? We are well above 4.5BB AS now.

You are claiming moral/ethical high ground by saying there was no pumps when your IR group using YOUR company domain was going on endlessly about a $0.01PPS and Os under 1BB (per James on the CC). You may not consider that pumping but investors who are looking for concrete guidance and numbers to back it up MIGHT have a different perspective.

You wouldnt take the time to go through my post history for perspective on my "standing" as a shareholder but had no problem claiming I think I am always right and throwing engineers in general under the bus in the process. Miss the irony? I have looked at you, your comments, company results (past and present companies included) for perspective. I gve you the benefit of the doubt multiple times throughout even when your comments were directlt conflicting IR/James and what was being put in filings (2hich ai also asked you for clarification). IR mocked me continually for calling you a "good guy" because I had given you the benefit of the doubt. IR was the one telling shareholders/message boards how badly you wrecked the company financially and mocking them for believing you (whether it be your CC, personal conversations, or PRs prior to their emergence). But - your narrative was already set that anyone asking questions or trying to get clarity HAD to be basher. You lumped me in with the professionals from iLie when nothing in my post history supoorts that let alone the emails/conversations we had. James/IR was the instigator and agitator. It doesnt matter where the 0.01 PPS target originated from - it was perpetrated on comapny sponsored/approved channels and you did NOTHING to downplay it/refute it and instead just claimed they were a separate entity. Cant have it both ways.

So - you want to clear that one up on the boards, in public right now?

What about the $135MM BTL SLA that James not only specifically said was guaranteed but repeated it emphatically on the CC when countered. He was VERY specific about $13.5MM being the base revenue for 2017 and then added another $1MM for another SLA. Who was he speaking for on that CC...?

Since you are refuting the OS reduction/buyback claims were a "pump" - how about clearing that up as well? What did James mean in bis OS projections on the CC that you missed due to illness? How was the OS going to get under 1BB when all the preferreds were getting ready to dump (let alone how that wohld impact driving PPS to $0.01)?

You have plenty of time to come on a message board and call me a liar (which is false) but not enough time to answer those fundamental questions. Maybe YOU dont consider wildly speculative targets with no substantiation "pumping" but many do. Further - when doing so with a TPAC domain email and being listed as the official IR contact in PRs (with the companh domain email as the contact point) - the delineation between the "company" pumping and IR/Bill gets muddied rather quickly (which you and I also discussed on the phone).

Instead of "wasting" your time reading my posts that you stated you had no interest in - how about focusing instead on providing shareholders some numbers on what they can expect on revenues for 2017 and 2018 and expectations on where OS will end up (with preferreds converting and MRVBs buying back/securing shares. Maybe stop complaining about people like me (let alone disparaging us in the process) and PROVE US WRONG. As a shareholder- I would like nothing more to have my original assumptions on your character/company be correct and not what has been shown the last 6 months or so.

I suggested in my original reply that this was best handled outside of the public message boards which you ignored and continued to slam me. You made it personal. When I had an issue - I called. I tried doing that with James but he refused to provide a c9ntact number (which is when I went to you). Wasnt until much later when they provided a phone number to shareholders. Even then - I never got a call back (not that I expected one at that point).

Go sell the e-bikes, trikes, trucks. Sell bearings. Establish SLAs. Complete EIA deals. Just quit complaining about bashers when the stock price is 0.0002, dilution continues unabated, and the "company " still cant/wont account for the items above.
