News - June 13. INCC enters into an exclusive license agreement
SARASOTA, FL / OTC Markets / June 13, 2017 / International Consolidated Companies, Inc. (INCC) announced today it entered into an exclusive license agreement with Brooks Kelly Research, LLC for a patent portfolio covering formulated CBD beverages. This technology improves the solubility and bioavailability of CBD.
"This will further allow us to develop CBD beverage products that improve potency and bioavailability. This is done through using flavorful citrus terpenes that also function as enzyme inhibitors. The enzyme inhibitors reduce the first pass metabolism of CBD in the body. Smaller amounts of CBD yield improved effects over a longer period of time. The solubility of CBD is more readily stabilized, the flavor of the beverage is enhanced, and the customer experiences longer lasting effects.” said Antonio Uccello, President INCC.
