Its funny I remember some posters on Ihub denying there was even a facility in San Marcos at one point.some even think no one is working there still today. They have aquired the property months ago...in building terms which is my field ..timelines to design..engineer..permit..and construct depends on the size of the facilities.A moderately large facility of around 100000sq ft if its a tilt up construction here in Canada would take about 6 -
9 months to construct and then whatever time to equip and outfit labs and manufacturing areas.A year sounds about right for a facility that size..again we dont know if its larger or smaller and its for two facilities now not one.I think they are going at this in a big way and are going to exploit all areas of qd technology in China.
