Can't read the whole article but on what grounds is the lawsuit? Deception? I don't see how it can be found that these companies are at fault unless they did not have clear labeling or are found to have falsified or altered findings from the clinical studies. I say this because it's really on the physicians and the patient themselves. You would have a better chance suing the government for deception of opioid addiction.
