Share price will eventually go up if everything NTEK has stated is executed, but not on investors time table, on NTEK's time table.
They are partially compensating employees in shares of stock so NTEK wants and needs for the share price to go up as well as us shareholders. It just wont happen as soon as shareholders anticipate, that's all.
I think they are playing the fiscal cards close to the vest and aren't announcing anything in regards to news unless it is pretty solid.
The good thing about that is that if the share price goes up after that kind of news odds are it will be based on the actual merits of the business and will be a real, hopefully sustainable gain in share price.
Right now the share price is going up because of speculation, manipulation, and sentiment changes.
It's probably the best that can be expected until some substantial business changing news does come out.
I would much rather have them under promise and over deliver.
