- ALL posts that mention another poster will be deleted no matter what the other content.

Surely we can reference who we're replying to, correct?

- Opinions regarding what the company should do will be deleted.

This I wholly disagree with... what's the rationale with that? Limits all criticism to lack a constructive component, IMO.
