Nobody interested in the product will be searching "Gensure! trademark," however... I'll do double duty with this post and point out that Pluto's intimation that nobody on the internet does product research is horribly flawed, as well. There is no quantitative or qualitative information on this product that results from what any normal person would do to learn more about the product. Not sure why or how anyone could argue with that... not rocket science.
It's also not rocket science to get a webpage containing a search term to show up in a search of that term... has nothing to do with intelligence or efficiency or anything like that. You almost have to *try* to keep search engines from automatically indexing and displaying information (or be grossly incompetent).
I'm really not sure how to respond to "buying strips based on a web search." Many people miss the little "Shopping" tab on Google, sure, but regardless of Amazon or Ebay's market share, a search engine is stop #1 for a consumer to research purchases, regardless of where they hit the Buy bottom. Speaking of which,
https://www.google.com/search?q=one+touch+tes...p;ie=UTF-8
No mention of DECN's offerings there, either.
