$MMEX President Trump Literally Endorsed MMEX! can't upload the pic but I was blown away (maybe that part's a joke who knows) - they had received the go ahead from the state of Texas last week here:

even though there is an endorsement tweeted pic, the infrastructure summit was happening at the same time as the energy summit attended by the New Oil Refinery President Jack Hanks which is known in the circles of Trump affiliates and backers - I've been looking into who's who for quite some time and this would not surprise me that MMEX be mentioned on that level.
