It rained almost the entire time. Only 8 of us showed up at the wildlife management area. One other guy besides myself had a kayak so we headed out through go some pretty swampy areas. He shot at one with a shotgun and I tried to hit it with a .44 magnum with snake shot. We think we hit it but it slithered into an area where we couldn't get into. We paddled back to the dock, loaded up our kayaks. My brother was already in my truck sleeping. He didn't even go as it was really raining pretty hard. We just headed home Saturday AM as it was supposed to rain down there all weekend. Got home and it's raining. At least I can lay in bed and watch NASCAR.
