remember folks this isn't just going to open up like a normal trading day.
They have to refile -which wont take long considering their agreement with sec. Once that is done a market maker will be hired to work "with" and not against Hjoe. There will be a second public offering. This is where it is going to get interesting. Market makers have to make there margin in order work for a company. so MM's will set the price once agreed with company officials.
That set price is where we move forward. Any MM with a short position outstanding is going to need BMX* forsure. who knows maybe that stock will take off also..LMAO!
In order to make the market; A certain amount of shares will have to be sold into market at a fixed starting price. that means they may approach shareholders with this price pre market so they can make their profit margin. Then away we go..
this is one scenario I see playing out..a more probable one considering the circumstances.
