Weav, more bad news on that front: would be a waste of time, I'd wager, given the voting power held in all the convertible preferreds. The thing about democracies is that it's majority rule, and the majority has made sure to maintain itself above all else here.

Personally, I'm allowing for one more quarter... no concrete follow through and then it's probably time for shareholders to get together and see what should be done. Shareholders that aren't satisfied with yet another quarter like the last one, anyway.
