Exactly... attempting to move the goalposts (AGAIN) and deflecting analysis aren't confidence inspiring behaviors. It's impossible to be a flipper if the PPS only steadily decreases, so canning that narrative would be a nice change of pace, moving forward.
Then if you cannot flip, then do the other thing you are good at. Sell.
