Economics. The company has to hurt them financially. They won't for instance like having to buy back shares they sold for .90 and have to pay $30.00 for them. They would not like paying out a cash dividend to all the counterfeit shares they have created either. They won't like our moving up to NASDAQ but if we partner with someone generate a bunch of cash they won't be able to hold the price down long either and attracting institutional investors will not be appreciated by them either. A rights offering to existing shareholders as of a certain date would not be appreciated either. The science will be the shorts waterloo. Its going to be fun putting the screws to the shorts.
