$CTXRD is actually +7% on low volume (very illiquid), it was a small r/s and doesn't seem to have been negatively received yet. People that have CTXR shares can't sell now anyway until they are converted to CTXRD in their brokerage accounts, this takes time and depends on the broker. I would likely sell if it were possible (if you actually have CTXRD and not CTXR shares already) before others get shares to sell. jmho
