Today is the closing day of the vote, which I believe is a material event. The company has 4 business days to file an 8K. so we should hear some news from the company on that by Thursday next week at the latest's, no matter what. It may just be the outcome of the vote, and they are moving forward with the agenda with more news to come. but pretty sure an 8K is required by Thursday.
