Question to ponder re: K

Once it can be made in pill form, would there ever be a chance it could be used as a daily preventative measure to keep cancer from invading the body, as opposed to only being used to fight cancer once it is in the body?

Cost might be prohibitive, but with what cancer costs today a daily pill sure would seem worth considering if it could keep the big C from entering the body.
