I'm surprised CEO Mr. Heddle hasn't announced a definitive agreement with that anonymous southern company yet.
He could say the agreement is contingent on financing or something else so shareholders won't blame him when the deal vanishes. It just needs polish..."Both parties are excited!," "The southern company says PTOI is the best technology they've seen!," "Detailed plans have already been drawn up on a high quality restaurant napkin!," etc....
The past two times PTOI dropped to $0.02, Mr. Heddle quickly put out press releases to push it back up to $0.06. Nothing so far on this latest drop.
