I think one major change will be the selection on who can be a dealer. More scrutiny on the persons ability to actually sell.
Putting the wrong people in place doesn't help anybody, not the dealer who will probably fold up and not the company that would lose revenue and time to put another in place. Not to mention reputation rebuilding with outlets that were not serviced properly.
I think SMS was maybe playing the short game as well as just dealer volume with hopes of a 50% success rate. More scrutiny might get those numbers up to 75-80%. That takes care of both parties involved.
