No way that we list in Canada and Germany and not up list in US. Even if this comes with some dilution I'm all for it within reason. The big reason is that more shareholders are able to trade and if listed on even one of these indexes then there is more regulation controlling how the shares are traded and more access to ETFs, and hedge funds. Other exchanges will not tolerate the blatant manipulation that has been occurring on the OTC... they will call the SEC themselves if they see it and I highly suspect we will be up listing soon.
