Again, until the terms of the deal are disclosed, we have little idea as to what dilutive effects will be in play. Wait for the formal release before making any judgements. The dilutive effect is relative to what the equity brings to the company in results. I don't think anyone will argue that dilution will occur, so until the deal is finalized, not much to discuss.
