GP, Dr. Gulas I believe lives in Los Angeles area and Jeff Foley in San Jose Area. Makes sense to have quarterly signed off by Jeff who has been running the company until Dr Gulas can be more involved since he has his own company to run as well and was involved with Cannes Film Festival. I think you'll probably see his signature on the Annual Report. Does it really make a difference if the the former CEO now Chairman or the new current CEO sign the report. For me its what's in the report that is important which shows the company is a on going concern and progressing forward. Just my thoughts on the subject not to be critical of your concerns.
