Gigantic misinformation at lieHUB. It is absolutely NOT true that legal shorts don't have to cover with a CUSIP and name change. ALL shares are called in and exchanged for real shares. Legal shorts have to cover and then, if they are so inclined, re-short.

And remember, again, this is a TAXABLE EVENT. There's going to be a little moaning, wailing, and gnashing of teeth when they have to write a check to the tax man for their ill-gotten gains.
