One point all here should keep in mind, however, is that if they wait for a lower entry point (nearly irrelevant at this point), they might get blind sided.
Just one killer acquisition, which adds substantial and instant revenue to the bottom line, can cause the pps to gap up quickly and NEVER return to this support area again depending on the change to the valuation. It's a much more likely scenario than many might think.
