Coujoe - Ive posted several times on that scenario. iLie is a business and these guys are posting for a reason. The only logical scenario is for their posts to convince SHs to file a suit against the company to distract them/bury them. Nothing else makes sense SPECIFICALLY since it cant be traded. No one, no one, no one spends that time and effort if they have nothing to gain/lose.
One has to consider how many MMs have colluded with these guys for those short positions. Will the other MMs throw them a bone and help thel systematically unwind those positions to mitigate losses or will they take advantage of their wreckless greed and capitalize on the squeeze...?
What long term SHs can do to assist/protect their investment is be determined to buy on the opening and NOT let any heavy shorting to knock down the price deter them. Do our own little short squeeze. Company might be able to buyback on the opening depending on how they file/come back. That would be another nice middle finger to those folks.
Getting harder and harder to deny the products gaining traction. They are running out of things to criticize. The company has certainly had its share of dead ends and misstarts but in the end - the recovery shot is moving, jerky is moving, they appear to be rebranding the LTCG shot themselves, and have a secondary jerky line for those marlets that cant be tied to alcohol based/infused products (even though none remains after curing process).
Company has taken the twisty, windy, hilly backroads instead of the interstate but if they end up at the same place (success), all we lost was some time but got to see a lot more scenery in the process...
