I'm sure by now all except maybe half a dozen investors realize that there is something seriously wrong with PTOI. Yet over 100M shares have to be owned by someone. I'm sure it's a combination of, "It's too cheap to sell!," "It's a lottery ticket for me!," and "I'll hold no matter what...fortune or bust!"

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
