They issued a LOI to purchase an unnamed company. Rob said they would release the company name in the coming weeks.... and there is this suspicious NVos filing:

Which looks like a 1:1000 reverse split, even though rob said there was no plan of a reverse split 2 weeks before this was filed. I emailed about it, but no response.
