Awesome information. I love that the reply George filed (reply to the request for a stay) on behalf of SFOR listing all the disgusting underhanded and outright theft of intellectual property by DUO yesterday. If what I read posted earlier is correct, the defendants have to reply by Monday? If the 90 days at the USPTO are literal and the IPR is dismissed next Wednesday.....what is the judge going to do with all this information when he meets with DUO, Trustwave and Centrify on the 19th of june, just days later???? If I was DUO, Trustwave and Centrify....I think I would be just a little worried!
