Because more than enough votes are in already.....in particular, for the name change.....the attorneys are able to proceed with the (about 30 day process) a few days earlier than waiting for the June 9th deadline.

By getting enough votes in early USGlobal was able to get a jump on the process by about a little over a week or so.
