I know you're pro RMHB, but just to set the record straight, they really didn't engage in any sporadic or misdirected dilution. They found out the hard way though, like many start-ups do, that some slime balls lurk in the shadows waiting to prey on the vulnerable who need to take the chance in order to get a company off the ground.
They actually relied on the least possible amount of dilution you could ever expect to see from a group that wasn't sitting on a large pile of cash, or sheltered under the wing of a deep pocketed parent company.
Jerry's use of gorilla marketing tactics and wagon-jobber distribution in the early days of building these brands is exactly why we now are looking at a share structure they can easily lean out. We have definitely found a golden ticket here dude!
