No nothing happened, all I'm saying is team Brinkley felt that giving ownership to icnb and allowing it to be publicly traded was the best option for the brand. She has a few other successful brands and im sure they could have gone another route to bring bellissima to market. I'm not saying this is 100% going to be a success but since December rich has done a great job.
