Naked shorting should be banned in the United States as it has been in Europe.
The regulators know what is going on and could stop it quickly if they chose to.
Granted many at the SEC are honest hardworking folks but some at high levels are putting in their time and giving breaks to those they should be prosecuting while setting themselves up for a high paying position at the very firms they should be prosecuting when they leave the SEC. Many of those in charge have been captured. Go CTIX!!!
