Action, I told you on that other board months (years?) ago, passive aggressive bashing because the company doesn't meet your expectations is still bashing. It is clear it is all about share price with you. And like I told you on the other board, if you feel that strongly, throw your hat in the ring and make a pitch why YOU can do better. Take over the company as CEO and tun the place your way. Public companies are democracies. Reading your posts, I am sure you could do a better job than Mr. Berman. Passive aggressive posting in arrogance tells me that you think a trained monkey can do a better job. So be it. So, either sell your shares or make your pitch.
