Apparently nuclear waste sites (aka iflub) don't like it when you move in and try to clean up the waste (aka Eddiebali).  Well, I guess that's why we call them nuclear waste sites - not much you can do but vacate the territory.  Thank God we have our little haven over here - the magistrates of IH be praised!
