I'm with you on that. These companies that make drastic business changes always make me leary. You have $BLKG going from oil to Bitcoin, $TXHE going from oil to fashion etc... They can be good plays but I also like to trade pennies that at least have a true and traceable business plan! Mergers are good because at least you can DD the company taking the dead shell stock...LOL
