Re: Roth_IRA_3000 #3165

Yes, it appears to have been a matter of coordinating timing of contracts for feedstock with expanded development of processor(s) capacity. This has been true since #1 got the consent order and fuel testing by customers began in 2011, and as you rightly say, there have been various stages of "readiness," hence Madison County only recently. Is this an omen?

Risking redundancy, it never hurts to remind that several building blocks have already been put in place by Mr. Bordynuik, including:

Expanded DEC permits

Multiple validation of fuel quality by 3rd parties

The evolution of processor capacity and engineering, and more recently the residue removal system

Validation of process engineering and potential profitability by SAI Corp's 3-Day audit summary

Multiple contracts in place for fuel sales after rigorous customer testing, including lengthy applications up and down the bureaucratic chain of command, required by large buyer companies.

And currently:

Sounds like permitting, infrastructure build-out and parts delivery is underway in FL

Continued financing appears when needed

Ag feedstock deal will likely bring in other counties and maybe even Berry interested parties.

Q1-2013 CFP reiterated by new management remains valid guidance barring a PR to the contrary.

Bottom Line: A very interesting next couple of months for JBI. If as expected, they are able to show substantially increased fuel sales Q3 to Q4 (i.e. 3X or above), then the market will sit back up and take notice. (Q3= 189,600... Q4 est.=<568,800)

If this hypothetical Q4 revenue number is then sequentially shown to at least double in Q1- 2013 (est=1,137,600), what will the market say?

I know what I would call it: Accelerating Revenue Growth

After that, I suspect the company might announce another 2 or 3 machine cluster in FL next summer/fall with unlimited feedstock and fuel usage on site, and JBI begins to look like a Wall Street Darling... and a green one to boot.
