Ticker change.
Acquisition of St James Remedies (increase revenue > INCC instead of having SJR go public stand alone and issue shares to INCC which was plan in 2016).
Acquisition of BluDog Products LLC (anticipated by long-term INCC watchers since September 2016 - then appeared to be staying private - now going public within INCC portfolio).
Real estate holdings funding of mj businesses - funding commitment received (see sticky #1919).
