Which plane are you referring to? N705BL has been scrapped for a while I believe and they were just cleaning up the books by deregistering it IMO. N706BL is still up at Oscoda at Kalitta's facility. At the SHM Tony stated that they are working to get N706BL either sold or part out the aircraft with Kalitta's help. Their goal was to get that off the books too.
