News can come at any time. I originally thought we would have had the funding within a month or so of when the 8k was released on 3/28. However, SeD needed to have additional "strategic measures" met first.
There are 15 note holders, some of which I'm sure have multiple decision makers and 15 teams of attorneys. No wonder why this has all taken so long. It probably took 6 months minimum to get to the original deal in the 8k, so making any changes is a slow process. One attorney could be on vacation and hold the whole thing up for a week.
