Remember it has been said that we may see one settlement before we see others. I believe that not all defendants may be in as much of a hurry as other(s) to settle. It could be very easy that one or more of them say ok enough is enough let's just settle this and move on. However, this could very easily set up a chain reaction that continues to the current 7 lawsuits, but continues on to the 3 to 4 dozens of additional companies that are currently also infringing.
