I hope HJOE Fan or the company elaborates on this. I know Mr. Veal said this would be the year of the dealer so I personally would be interested to see what the company has done since parting ways with SMS. In my opinion, the SMS model is solid (say what you want about the people running it...I am striclty speaking model). The lifeblood of HJOE"s and they shareholders are the dealers growing product out within their territories. Some of the questions I would have are:
1. How are they targeting/advertising to add more dealers? At this point, is it just word of mouth and adding friends or is their a legitimate process in place to replace the SMS model they had.
2. What are they doing different to support dealers? Some have said SMS wasn't doing a lot to support and train dealers so I would be curious to know what HJOE's is doing different?
3. A more clear understanding of the dealer strategy in Europe. I get and understand the one in the U.S. but I would ask how many dealers we have in Europe (just 1?). If Europe is truly on deck, who are they building Europe with?
4. One positive I would have to believe is that they are getting 100% off all the franchise fees and can reinvest some of that money to make sure the dealers succeed. Would like to learn a little more about this.
Those are my thoughts
