Hawks I'd of pulled the 75% that did not do what they said it would did not work.
I would not pull flu shots or measles shots off the market, even though they have been proved to be more harmful than help. BUT I would not make it mandatory for anybody to take them. So, in the spirit of your question, yes, I would give people the freedom to see their kids get autism and other complications from those vaccines, as well as themselves having the proven bad side affects from the flu shots.
I would also make the pharma companies refund money for the 75% of the products that did not work like the original tests said they would, plus penalties. Pharma companies would then make sure their products were tested properly.
