Ultraflix would have to produce the content and they would be classified as the "Network". The Network is the studio or film company who produced the film or television show.
You'll never see Netflix stamp their logo on a Paramount or Universal film and so forth.
As of now, Ultraflix does not have content that they have produced. Yes, they convert films to 4k via 4K Studios but this doesn't mean they produced the film. Do not confuse mastering or conversion as producing a film. This is not to say that Ultraflix will not eventually produce their own content, it will just take some time.
Now, let's talk numbers....
The minimum cost to film ONE episode of House of Cards is 4.5 Million. Currently, 4.5 Million is the market cap of NTEK. Is it viable for NTEK to mortgage their entire market cap to film one episode of television series? I don't think so.
