After little news for the past few months, I expected volume over 5 million, and the share price to go into the .90-1.00 area. The news barely changed the price and volume.
OWCP has great potential. Hard to believe more investors cannot connect the dots. I plan to hold for one to two years. Just surprised the stock is reacting so sluggish.
