OK, now what does that mean RE the safety and efficacy of vaccines and prescription drugs? Should we pull all of them from the market, or just some of them?
May not be the best way to determine safety and efficacy but clinical results in the wider patent population is probably the only way to do so.
You do realize that the long lists of side effect we hear in those TV ads are because they were found mostly after the drugs had been prescribed after approval for marketing, right?
'Don't let the perfect become the enemy of the good' may very well be the 'Hippocratic Oath' for the pharm industry!
