CDEL wants to buy a huge slug at .865. Anybody who wants to load up a little more, you can put in an order at .866. If they fill CDEL at a lower price and not you, then you have grounds for a complaint to FINRA and SEC.

Also someone wants to buy 100k at .82. I hope no one is silly enough to sell them a single real share. Can't imagine that anyone who understands the stock would sell a single share.
